Within 4 months as an intern on CSR Racing 3, I became the sole producer for the core goal-setting feature team. I managed both feature development, art and release teams. I managed team roadmaps and scheduling, onboarding, cross-team communications and alignment, risk, change and stakeholder management, reporting (bugs, meetings, team performance, etc), task organisation, allocation and estimation, and team wellbeing and motivation. 
 Developed a resource bandwidth spreadsheet that boosted avg. team task completion by 59% 
 Released 8+ major core features within 13 months, which lead to a significant boost in core metrics, including up to 10% boost in retention 
 Managed a large core team of QA, Product, Analytics, Engineering, UI, Tech Art and Design
